How long will it take to process my order?
My usual turn around time for most items is 1-2 weeks. However, I am often able to accommodate rushed orders. If you need an item sooner than my normal turnaround, please message me.
This is kind of last minute. Can I still order?
Yes, for the most part. I am generally able to accommodate last minute orders, and I also carry some ready-to-go products that you can purchase at any time. Please, message me prior to ordering and I will do my best to meet your needs.
NOTE: cancellation of rushed orders NOT AGREED UPON in advance will be subject to a 15% administration fee.
How do I pay for my order?
At the moment, I accept payment in the forms of PayPal, most major credit cards and/or Etsy gift cards.
When do I have to pay for my order?
If you order through my Etsy shop, full payment and shipping fees will be required at time of purchase.
I ordered through your Etsy shop, but I am local and will not need my item shipped.
If you are in Thunder Bay, Ontario or will be travelling here and would like to pick up your order instead, I will happily refund your shipping fees after your order was picked up.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after it was shipped?
If your order is being shipped to a location within Canada, delivery will usually take 2-6 business days. If you are located in the United States, shipping will generally take 5-10 business days. If you are ordering from a different international location, please allow 4-12 weeks for your item to arrive (Expedited shipping to the USA and other international destinations is also available)
*Please, note these timelines DON'T INCLUDE processing time (manufacturing of item), and only reflect actual shipping times as per Canada Post website.
This is a rushed order. Can my item be shipped faster?
Yes. I can ship your item through Xpresspost or Expedited services. Items will arrive overnight, or within 1-2 business days within Canada, and within 4-7 business days to the United States. For other international destinations, please allow 6-12 business days.

This item is meant as a gift. Can you ship it directly to them?
Absolutely. Please, let me know at time of purchase. Leave me a convo indicating that the item(s) are meant to be sent to a location different from the customer's address, and include name and address of the recipient.
This service is only available with trackable shipping options. Standard US and International shipping services don't qualify for this service.
Can I see pictures of my items before I receive them?
I will be happy to send you pictures of your item(s) once full payment has been received.
Do you accept orders of custom items you don't usually produce?
For the most part, yes. I am always open to suggestions and new ideas. If there's something you'd like me to make for you, but you don't find it in my page, please message me. I will be happy to help you.
