Cup wasn’t well made and design was crooked and the lid arrived broken. Shipping came way late after being told it would be on time. Poor quality item, I didn’t even give it to the person it was purchased for, I was that displeased with the end result. To be fair to the seller, I didn’t contact them after it arrived late & it being a below satisfactory finished product. I didn’t think it be worth it.

Love this! The cup I got was a tad different from the pic. I wish the logo was larger. But it’s still going to make a great gift for my boyfriend. Thanks

I never received my order. I contacted the shop owner who let me know she had sent it, I never received it. She then said she had the flu but would remake it and then send it out. Weeks past. She told me it was going out the week of January 16, still never received it. I am sure she is overwhelmed with orders and catching, but communication goes a long way. This gift was for Christmas, it's now February...I hope she can catchup and do what's right for her customers.

Do not recommend this company. Should of read reviews. Twice they claim my item was shipped and label was created but never shown it was delivered to post office. They say it was. But no item ever delivered. Received refund after constant messages, but their responses are very limited. Very bad costumer service! First and last time I-will ever order from Etsy! Poor representation of small businesses!
