I strive to make every Mon Amour Boutique purchase and experience as wonderful and easy as possible! So please, don't hesitate to browse around or ask questions if you are interested in anything from the boutique or placing a custom order.

WHAT ARE OUR PROCESSING TIMES ?

All purchases will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours after payment has been received for the transaction. Should you need an order rushed please contact us and we will try to accomodate your time frame and process as quickly as possible.

If your purchase is a custom order please allow the discussed time frame for completion of your order and shipping as discussed via Etsy conversations.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN MARKED SHIPPED?

Estimated times of arrivals are as follows:

US 5-12 business days
Canada 5-7 business days
International 6-21 business days

All our items are shipped via Canad Post regular mail. Be aware that weekends and holidays do not count as shipping days.

Should you make a purchase without allowing a minimum of 7 business days to Canada, 12 business days to US, and 21 business days for international orders to ship once your order has been processed, we CANNOT be held responsible for cases of non delivery. Always be sure to read shipping policies before or after your purchase to ensure you have enough time before the deadline an item is needed by .


DOES MY ORDER COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER ?

Our items **DO NOT** include tracking numbers unless otherwise requested (at additional cost) by the purchaser or the shop owner states otherwise.

The absence of tracking numbers is in place to keep shipping costs to our customers as minimal and competitive as possible. With a combination of successful shipping feedback and the lower dollar values of most shop items, we have decided that tracking numbers are not neccessary. Again, should you want a tracking number, please contact the shop so that we can arrange a reserved listing that includes a tracking number and its associated cost.

HOW MUCH WOULD IT BE TO ADD A TRACKING NUMBER TO MY ORDER?

All tracking number costs are set by Canada Post standards and are as follows:

Tracking # for shipping within Canada $16.75
Tracking # for Shipping to the US $24.75

Refunds and Exchanges
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We only offer refunds for the below circumstances:

a) You have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order BEFORE it has been shipped.
b) You have calculated that your item took longer than our quoted ETA for your country and there is no longer sufficient time to send another replacement.

WHAT IF I'M UNHAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?

If for any reason there is a problem with the order (ie. damaged upon arrival, a legitimate mistake, or simply unhappy with the purchase in general), before leaving negative feedback, please please please contact the shop so we can try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and make your shopping experience a good one. We will be more than happy to ship out a replacement on damaged items or fix a mistake at no cost to you. Simply unhappy, lets discuss why and see what we can do to fix that.

MY ORDER SEEMS LIKE IT IS LOST OR HASN'T ARRIVED?

Often there are two reasons for why an order may seem like it's taking too long or it is indeed well past the estimated time of arrival for your area.

When a purchase seems to be taking longer than expected, please make sure you have read and are aware of our processing/shipping policies to determine how long your order should be taking before contacting the shop. Often times we are contacted within a few days of an order because a customer has not familiarized themselves with our shipping ETA's. If you have calculated that the item has taken longer than our quoted ETA's for your country, please contact us and we will confirm that the ETA has surpassed our quoted times.

From there, we will then confirm your shipping address that was provided with your transaction. Another common mistake is a miss addressed packaged when a customer has accidentally forgotten to update their most recent shipping address on their Etsy account. We encourage all customers to make sure their paypal address match their Etsy shipping address to avoid non-deliveries :)

If the address is correct, and it is simply just taking to long for unknown reasons which can happen (ie lost in the postal system etc) we will be more than happy to send a replacement if there is sufficient time or (and only in this circumstance) offer a refund if this item can no longer make it to you in the time frame it is needed for :)

As stated in the above shipping policy section, should you place an order than is needed before our quoted estimated delivery times or a wrong address has been provided upon checkout, the purchase is considered one at the buyers discretion and we CANNOT and will NOT be held responsible to issue a refund based on a lack of customer knowledge of our shipping times or a mistake in address.

Regarding custom orders - many items listed are used as displays and example(s) ONLY. Should you be looking for a lovely customer order in your colors and or theme, please contact us via Etsy conversations. We will work together to design something perfect and lovely that is custom for you! Once the details are in check, a reserved listing will be set up in our shop that only you can purchase. The listing will include the details of your order, pictures (when possible), and the total price with associated shipping costs. Once payment is received, the order will be completed and shipped within the time frame discussed in our Etsy conversation.
