Mon Passage is an online vintage apparel store, based in Milan, Italy.
We began in 2011, selling a few vintage pieces from our own closet. Then we started to buy vintage items from everywhere in the world and opened our online shop.
We offer an accurate selection of fashion-forward vintage clothes and accessories, found anywhere, especially in Italy, where we live.
Italian design and tradition are worldwide famous; we are proud to promote Italian products, matching them with what we love from everywhere.
We collect items piece by piece to bring you the very finest selection that we can find.
We sell a mix of pre-loved vintage clothes and accessories. Usually, vintage pieces have been worn before and show signs of age. We sell only clean and immediately wearable vintage items that we find in mint/excellent/great/good condition. Any imperfections are minor and are described to the best of our knowledge.
Vintage is usually in used condition. Please expect wear or tiny flaws. Anything else will be listed in the description.
Mint: perfect.
Excellent: not perfect, but close.
Great: pretty good, light wear or minor flaws.
Good: some wear, flaws.
Slight fading and other signs of age that do not affect wearability are not considered flaws.
Occasionally we sell pieces that have the original tags attached. Please keep in mind that even unused vintage items might not appear brand new and can show signs of age.
Anything listed in the VINTAGE section of the site is 100% guaranteed to be authentic vintage and at least 15 years old.
We define our garments in four categories:
True Vintage: a garment that is 1800’s to 1950’s
Vintage: a garment that is 1950s to 1990a
Modern vintage: a garment that is unusual. Modern Vintage garments have been curated by Mon Passage to be interpreted as fashion forward.
Design Vintage: a garment made by an established fashion house. These items may span all eras.

Payment

PayPal is the only method of payement current accepted. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account. You can use a debit or credit card through PayPal. If you have questions regarding paying with PayPal, contact me and I will help you.

Please submit payment within 24 hours of purchase or your sale will be cancelled.
Please request to have an item reserved if you cannot make payment right away.
I can reserve items for up to 2 days, just let me know by email.

Once you have received your item, please leave positive feedback. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with my service, please let me know before leaving negative feedback. I will do what is necessary to resolve the issue. I want my customers to be satisfied!

Shipping

Usually I ship worldwide every Thursday and Saturday.

If the addresses on your Etsy and Paypal accounts do not match, please let me know where you'd like your order shipped. If I am not notified, the order will be shipped to the address on your Paypal account.

There are two shipping options:
1) by POSTE ITALIANE
2) by GLS Express Service


1)
The shipping prices are indicated in the product description.

Domestic orders:
your package comes with delivery confirmation, which I will email to your Paypal address.
It takes an average of 1-3 days.
For urgent deliveries, please contact me by email.

International orders:
I try to do my best to assure you the great service.
If international shipping costs are not noted, please contact me by email PRIOR to your purchase to learn the rate. I am happy to ship and will look up the calculation prior to your purchase to accurately reflect the cost.

It takes an average of 1-4 weeks.
For urgent deliveries, please contact me by email.

Please understand that I have no control over shipping times.

Once I send an item, it is at the mercy of the post office POSTE ITALIANE. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, I highly recommend it, especially if you are an international customer. Please email me prior to making your purchase so I can set-up a special PayPal invoice that includes the additional cost.
Also, take care to list a secure shipping address to avoid problems with loss and theft.
Normally, I do not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. However, if, for some reason you have not received your item in the mail or it is damaged, PLEASE CONTACT me. I will do everything I can to resolve the issue. PLEASE DO NOT leave neutral or negative feedback without contacting me first.
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Passage Eevette.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

All items are carefully packaged to insure their safety upon arrival.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have requested the shipping by POSTE ITALIANE, the return management is responsibility of you. You can use the shipping service that you prefer.
We accept returns and exchanges only from Italy and UE Countries and only if you notify by email within 10 business days of receiving the package. Please send your email to: returns [!at] monpassage.it.
Mon Passage is not responsible for lost/stole/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking number and delivery confirmation for all returns. Please send your email about the trucking number and delivery conditions to: returns [!at] monpassage.it.
You are also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of Mon Passage (Paypal/credit card fees).
Returns received can only be redeemed by STORE CREDIT. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The next purchase will be free shipping charged. We send to you a coupon code for this service.

If you have requested the shipping by GLS Express Service:
We accept returns and exchanges only from Italy and UE Countries and only if you notify by email within 10 business days of receiving the package. Please send your email to: returns [!at] monpassage.it.
We accept only items in unworn, unwashed condition with any original tags still attached.
Returns received can only be redeemed by STORE CREDIT. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Italy
The return is for free.
After receiving your notification, we contact the courier that alerts you about return process.
In case of lost items in transit, and verified the responsibility of the courier, Mon Passage refund you.

Exchange Formula (only in Italy): free!
If you decide to buy another item in the same time you ask for a return, you can receive the new item when the courier takes the first one to returning. Please notify by email your intention to use this option: returns [!at] monpassage.it
No costs for you.

UE Countries:
The return management is responsibility of you. You can use the shipping service that you prefer.

The measurements given in the listings are based on the following methods:
Shoulder: from where shoulder seam meets neck to the seam shoulder-sleeve
Bust: armpit to armpit x 2
Waist: waist seam x 2
Hip: a few centimeters or inches down from waist x 2
Length: Dress/top - where shoulder seam meets neck or top of strap to hem, Pants/skirt - waist to hem
Sleeve length: top of shoulder seam to sleeve hem

All measurements are taken with the item laying flat.

I indicate the measurements in centimeters (cm) and in inches (“).
