~ DOMESTIC (USA) ORDERS

All US orders are shipped via first-class mail, which arrives to most destinations in 3-4 business days. Packages weighing more than 13 ounces (Calligraphy kits, bulk orders) are sent by priority mail, which typically arrives to most destinations in 2-3 business days. All orders are sent with delivery confirmation.

I ship all orders to the "SHIP TO" address listed on your Etsy invoice. I DO NOT ship to the address listed on PayPal if it differs.

LOST PACKAGES: If you do not receive your package in the timeframe you expect, please check the tracking of your package using the delivery confirmation number, as well as the "Ship to" address on your Etsy invoice. If the tracking of the package indicates that the package is lost (i.e., the tracking last shows the package in a different city, or there is no recent information on the package's location), please contact me to discuss the options for replacing your package.

Unfortunately, I am no longer able to provide free replacement packages if the package is lost due to an incorrect "ship to" address listed on the Etsy invoice, or if the delivery confirmation number shows that the package was delivered. If either of these scenarios occur, please contact your local post office for help in locating the package.

~ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

PLEASE include your phone number in the notes to seller at checkout. I do not receive this information from Etsy, but including your phone number on the shipping label can help prevent delays in your country's customs office.

VERY IMPORTANT!!! Delivery by FIRST-CLASS MAIL to most foreign countries takes approximately 3 weeks and some countries (Italy, Russia, and some Asian countries, for example) may take 5-7 weeks or longer.

During the busy holiday season, expect shipping to take at least an additional 1-2 weeks (or longer!) to be delivered. Please plan accordingly when ordering items for the holiday season. Please contact me for an estimate to ship items by priority or express mail to receive items in time for Christmas.

Delivery by PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL is expected (but not guaranteed) in 6-10 business days. Please let me know if you'd like an estimate to ship your items via priority mail. EXPRESS MAIL is delivered in about 3-5 business days. Please contact me if you would like an estimate for expedited shipping. *All Calligraphy kits and bulk orders that are over 13 ounces are shipped via Priority International Mail.

~ TRACKING INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES

You will receive the customs number for your package. This number can be used to track the package in the US, but it is NOT POSSIBLE TO TRACK THE PACKAGE ONCE IT LEAVES THE UNITED STATES if it is shipped by first class or priority international mail. The customs number may help you determine the location and reason for delay of the package within your country's customs office.

Due to the possibility of international packages going missing, all orders with a value of $50 or more are now shipped with insurance. If your package does not arrive in the time frame expected for your country, please contact me and I will assist you with taking the steps necessary to file an insurance claim to obtain a refund or replacement package. Please note that insurance claims cannot be filed for at least 30 days, and the process for reviewing the claim takes 2-3 weeks.

IF YOU REQUIRE DOOR-TO-DOOR TRACKING FOR YOUR PACKAGE to an international destination, please contact me before purchase for shipping quotes for FedEx or UPS (which will likely cost several hundred dollars), or express mail shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you're not happy with your item, please return it unused and in its original condition and packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. If your item is damaged during transit to you, please contact me to discuss the possible options for your order.
