Welcome! We hope you enjoy the finest fabrics as much as we do! Our shop features a wonderful selection of designer cotton prints, as well as premium quality minky fleece.
All orders are cut fresh off the bolt. Multiple yard orders will be cut in one piece. All our materials are kept well cared for in our professional office (smoke & pet free).
We accept PayPal at this time. Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received!
We strive to ship out our packages within 48 hours of your order being placed. If you have a deadline, PLEASE let us know so that we can work to accommodate your needs if possible.
Our policy is to ship via USPS First Class Mail for fabric orders of up to 2 yards of cotton or 1/2 yard of minky. You will be notified when your package has shipped. Orders of more than 2 yards of cotton or more than 1/2 yard of minky will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to save money and have your fabric shipped via Parcel Post, please let us know and we will adjust the listing.
We are NOT responsible for lost or delayed items by the postal carrier. It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase postal insurance if they want to guarantee delivery. Contact us and we will give you a quote for postal insurance.
Yes, we do ship internationally! Please convo us and we will give you a shipping quote. Please note that First Class and Priority International shipments do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. First Class delivery schedule varies by country, and Priority shipments are usually 6-10 days. If you need a guaranteed date, you need to purchase EXPRESS mail - contact us for a quote. At the time of an international shipment, a tracking code will be issued to the purchaser.
We are not responsible for any duties, tariffs, or other fees imposed upon the package by the receiving country. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of and pay for such charges.
Monadnock Fabric reserves the right to change these policies as needed without notice.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied, and will work with you during all steps of this process to ensure this happens. Given the nature of this business, we hope you understand that cut yardage of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it arrives damaged. In case of damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
We make every effort to accurately depict the color of our fabric, however individual computer monitors may vary how the color appears. Please ask if you have any questions about colors, as we cannot accept returns for products being the wrong shade of a color.
