MonetFlies' mission is to provide original, unique, and just plain fun jewelry, accessories, and art at reasonable, direct-from-the-artist prices. No need to walk into unfriendly galleries, or uppity boutiques. Monetflies is the eclectic garden with a couple of flies thrown in for good measure.

Payment
Acceptable forms of payment include: Paypal, USPS money orders (item shipped after receipt of payment), or personal check (item shipped as soon as check is cleared).
Shipping
Please be sure to list all shipping information correctly and clearly, as MonetFlies will not be responsible for items lost.

When shipping domestically, small items such as jewelry, will be shipped via USPS in a flat rate box. Large items may be shipped UPS, depending on the weight and cost. MonetFlies is committed to finding the most reasonable shipping items available. Please notify MonetFlies if you have specific shipping needs or concerns.

Large items will be professionally shipped to insure safe delivery. If the customer has a UPS account that they would like to be billed to, please notify via conversations.

Items shipped in the U.S. will be sent within 2-6 business days, unless the item is paid for via check or money order, in which case the item will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or repairs will be given on all jewelry items if the buyer contacts MonetFlies within 3 days of receipt of item. Keep in mind that jewelry is fragile and should not be worn in the shower, pool, or handled carelessly.

Large items such as paintings will be professionally shipped, and MonetFlies will not be held responsible for damages during shipping. However, due to the nature of paintings, if a customer is unhappy with their purchase, or if the item is not the one listed, please contact MonetFlies within 3 days of receipt of the item. The customer can then send the work back for a refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders are available, please contact MonetFlies through conversations or directly at esieds [!at] gmail.com. Please note that some custom orders may it be available due to the unique or ''one of a kind" nature of some of the pieces.

Layaway is available for large purchases, though the buyer will need to contact MF to discuss a payment plan.

As we are all human, if you are unsatisfied for any reason with an item or service of this Etsy store, please contact MonetFlies before leaving negative feedback, so that the situation can hopefully be resolved as soon as possible and you can be satisfied and completely happy with your service and purchase.
