MonicaLeapCeramics' Shop Policies
Hello! See below for all the general policies for ordering through this shop. If you have a specific question or request, please feel free to contact me.
PAYMENT: Payment by paypal only.
TAXES: Hooray! NH has no state taxes!
Shipping prices are for continental US shipments only. It will be sent by ground via either the USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever works out best for time and for price to your location. If you are located elsewhere, please contact me to arrange a reasonable shipping cost.
DEADLINES: If you need an item by a certain date, please either contact me so we can arrange an appropriate shipping cost for your items to arrive at a reasonable time, or order the piece(s) well ahead of the date!
Refunds and Exchanges
Please do check your order to make sure it is correct before you purchase! I usually send them out fairly soon after order, so after it's en route, I can't stop it. If you aren't happy with it after it arrives, then you can mail it back (your cost) and I will mail another one out to you (my cost).
If items arrive broken (not broken shortly after they were taken out of the box), then you will need to help me out and take timely and accurate information about the delivery (time, place of impact, photos of the broken contents and photos of the box) so we can talk to the carrier to see what sort of insurance claim we can get for it.
While we get the insurance cleared up, we can talk about getting some pottery into your hands. All these pieces are one of a kind and I can't guarantee there will be one to replace it. It is possible I may have one similar, so please feel free to ask and I can make a reserved listing for you. Ideally insurance will cover the cost of the pot and I will just send you another one, but we will have to cross that bridge when we get there!
Additional Policies and FAQs
I also make wedding platters or specific tandem bike wedding cups. If you have a specific idea for a piece, let me know and I can work with you to make it happen. Please allow at least a month or ideally 2 to make these and get them to where you are.
