3 out of 5 starsTags are so cute- but the shipping was delayed past the expected ship by date without explanation. When I contacted the shop- I didn’t receive a response for 48 hours and when I did it was only a copy and paste of my expected delivery date from the original order.

Yes! Of course! Just send a message on Etsy and we will go from there. I love custom orders!
Why did my item come in a recycled box?
I am a huge fan of going green when I can in my life and business. Wherever I can, I try to re-purpose things to give it a little extra life and give our earth a little extra love. Sometimes this means I reuse boxes or bubble wrap to help reduce waste. If you don't love this, please feel to put a note to seller and I was use only new materials. Thank you for helping me help our earth go a little more green!

Why isn't my item here yet?
I work as quickly as I can to ensure that items go out the doors as fast as they can. Once they are in the USPS hands I do not have control on how long it takes to get to your door. With COVID, some shipping times take longer than expected so I thank you for your patience while your item ships to you!
