Frequently asked questions

How will my item be shipped?

All items will be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS. All orders include tracking and insurance. Orders typically arrive 5-7 business days from shipping date. All of my wreaths are carefully packaged to help insure the safe arrival of your elegant new wreath.

Due to the size and nature of my handmade wreaths I do not offer combined shipping.

While most of my wreaths are made for outside use, I strongly suggest placing your wreath under a covered area to conserve the life of your wreath. Protecting it from direct sunlight, rain, wind and snow will insure that it lasts for several seasons. Please keep in mind direct sunlight and moisture can cause fading.

Can I return my wreath?

All sales are final upon payment. While I want all my clients to be completely satisfied with their purchase and I stand behind my products, I can only accept returns for wreaths that are damaged during the shipping process or may have a defect due to their handmade nature. Should an item arrive damaged please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your wreath. I will ask that you take photos of the damaged wreath and return in its original box. Once I receive the damaged wreath, I will replace your wreath with a wreath of equal value or I will create a new one for you.

Why is shipping so expensive?

My wreaths are large, which requires them to be shipped in an oversized box. I am charged for the size of the box that the wreaths are shipped in versus the weight of the box. Shipping large boxes is very expensive and typically exceeds what I charge to ship an item.
