    A little bit about me: I love the creative process. My interest in hand knits and textiles were handed down from the wise women of my family. I have fond memories of my Mom, Grandmom and aunts gathering in the kitchen, cooking and chatting while us kids ran around like crazy. Someone usually had a bundle of yarn in their lap knitting away the hours and they were all too happy to teach me their beautiful craft.

    I honor those amazing women and love them dearly for passing on their traditions and joy in creating ~Monika

    Returns and exchanges
    I hope that you love your purchase and are excited to wear it. In the event you are not, I will gladly accept returns/exchanges of merchandise, except Final Sale items, that are in their original condition and packaging and have not been worn or altered. Notification must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. All original tags must be attached. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 days for the return to be processed. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

    ALL CUSTOM ORDERS, SALE MERCHANDISE AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

    RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Please convo me within 5 days of receiving order, indicating:
    - Item to be returned or exchanged
    - Reason for return or exchange
    - Replacement item requested for exchange
    - Customer contact information from original order

    2. Upon receipt of email, we will check availability for exchange or will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returns will be accepted without an RA #. Please mark RA # clearly on the outside of the box to be returned.

    3. Shipping costs for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid at the time of shipment. Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Using any track-able, insured shipping method, please ship returns within 5 days of receiving an RA # with a copy of the original receipt. Return address will be supplied with RA#.

    4. All Customs Fees are the responsibility of the buyer, this is also the case on returned goods, if you are sending a returned item, you should mark the custom form with 'RETURNED GOODS' under the column for 'value' you should state 'NA' - not applicable'. If the return good has a value and Customs charges me to collect the item, I will pass this fee onto the customer and will deduct from the final refund.

    5. Please note, returns that do not meet the 5 day requirement for requesting an RA# will only be considered for on-line store credit/exchange and no refund will be given.

    6. Upon receipt, the returned merchandise will be processed. I respectfully reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If the return/exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

    7. If processing an exchange, the new item will be shipped immediately upon stock availability. An e-mail notification will be sent once the exchange has been processed and shipped.

    8. If processing a return, please allow up to 7 business days, at which time an e-mail notification will be sent that the return has been processed and a refund has been issued through the original form of payment.

    RETURN EXCEPTIONS:

    In the unlikely event that a defective or incorrect item is received, please contact me within 5 days of receipt. We will gladly replace or take back the item. Please follow the Return Instructions above, noting the defect or incorrect item, and all shipping charges will be reimbursed.

    Missing packages must be reported within 14 days of shipment notification in order to investigate and replace the order.

    All major credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal and Etsy Gift Cards!
    Shipping
    All packages are shipped via US Postal service from Philadelphia, PA. They are insured and a Tracking Number is always supplied. International deliveries will be sent via US Airmail. Times will vary according to location.

    Please remember, many of my garments are 'made to order' so an allowance of 2-3 weeks should be set prior to dispatch. Followed by 5-14 days on average for shipping. If garment is in stock, it will ship within 3-5 days.
