Frequently asked questions
How long until my order is ready?
You'll receive a digital proof within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) of placing your order. Once you approve it, your item ships within 48 hours. This way you can check every detail before we make it.
What delivery options do you offer?
You can choose between two options at checkout: Standard shipping, which is free, and Express shipping for a fee when you need your order sooner.
My order seems delayed — what can I do?
Every order is fully trackable, so you can follow all updates from dispatch to arrival using your tracking link. If your parcel appears significantly delayed, please get in touch with us or contact the courier directly, and we'll help chase it up.
My order hasn't arrived / seems to be missing.
Please contact us and we'll look into it straight away. If tracking shows the order as delivered, we can provide proof of delivery — including a photo and GPS location of where it was left — to help track it down.
My item arrived damaged.
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, ideally with a photo of the damage, and we'll arrange a resolution for you.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees? USA customers
For US customers, we offer FedEx DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means any import duties and taxes are paid upfront — so there are no surprise customs charges to pay when your order arrives.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees? (excluding USA)
It depends on where your order is shipping. For orders within the EU, there are no customs or import fees, as your order ships from within the EU. For all other destinations outside the EU, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility — they are not included in your order total and may be collected by the courier before or on delivery.
Will my Zelle / Cash App QR code work on the sign?
We reproduce the exact QR code or payment link you provide and make sure it scans clearly. How a payment code is processed — and whether it goes through — is handled by your bank or payment app, not the physical sign, so please confirm your code is active and works in your app before approving your proof.
Can I cancel or return a personalized order?
Because each item is custom-made and personalized, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase and before your digital proof is approved. Once production begins, personalized items can't be canceled or returned, as they can't be remade or resold. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
