Communication could have been better. I didn't receive the package until a week later. The product itself had held up well for my son.

Seller worked with me to get this quickly so we would have it for the first day of school.

The order was placed almost 2 1/2 months ago and wasn't delivered until July 2nd. I was scheduled to receive it may 29th and had to consistently check back and ask her what was taking so long, she said that she'd tried to ship it before and that it kept getting "lost"; but when I checked on etsy for tracking there was never a tracking number available. The jacket does look pretty and well crafted, but I would've bought with someone else because it took so long to get here. I rated the 2 stars based on actually receiving my order after waiting for such a long time. Over 20+ messages of asking what happened I did file a complaint. I will not be shopping here again.

Cute easter basket & fast shipping

The actual Easter bucket was wonderful. Shipping took longer than expected and didn't receive in time to get it to my youngest grandson for Easter. I'll just save it for next year.
