Such fine cotton, featherlight, and the hand-blocked print is so much more beautiful in real life. Many thanks, Monsoon Weave.

Gorgeous fabric, lightweight but nice quality. The print is even prettier in person.

Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. If you are not happy with your purchase please let us know so that we can look after you straight away.

We understand that buying over the internet restricts you from seeing and touching our fabrics prior to purchasing. We will happily exchange or refund any returns if they are returned within 14 days of delivery and in their original condition. Please make contact with us prior to posting the item.

Please note that you are responsible for delivering any return item/s securely to Monsoon Weave, and for the payment of the postage on the returned fabric if it is not faulty.
Additional policies and FAQs
Managing quality is a key role we play at Monsoon Weave. We pride ourselves in providing a high quality product to our customers. Shipments of fabric that aren’t up to our standards stop with us, oftentimes at considerable expense.

Whatever it is: flaws in the weave, significant printing errors, dyeing errors… we see them, so that you don’t have to worry about them.

Quality control is necessarily a time-consuming process and assessing each metre of fabric before we cut it, wrap it and post it to you is a big commitment. But it means that we sleep well every night, knowing that our customers are happy.

If by any chance you receive a piece of fabric with a flaw (going beyond the endearing artisan variations of hand-made fabric), let us know and we will be happy to exchange it.
