My only complaint about the Cyborg pin is that it only comes in female. I have multiple screws and plates in my spine, plus a morphine pump and two spinal electrostimulators (not even counting the various other stuff done)— I am well on the way to being a cyborg, and was hoping to be able to advertise it!
