Standard Domestic orders are shipped by First Class Signed For. This service is only trackable to at the point of delivery, but if a delivery has been missed you will be able to check the status on the order page.

All international orders are sent with a Tracked service, unless the free shipping discount is selected for US customers, in which case items are sent by an International Standard service. You are able to see the status of your delivery on the order page.

Once items are handed to the courier the item becomes their responsibility. Should an item go missing we are able to file a claim for lost items or send out a replacement, but please contact us for further assistance.

Delays sometimes happen due to various reasons, usually due to Customs into other countries.
Please contact me if 20 business days for domestic orders or 25 business days for international orders have passed since the parcel was shipped.

International Standard has an aim of 2-3 weeks.
Tracked Delivery has an aim of 1-2 weeks.


Domestic
First Class Signed For has an aim of 2-3 business days.
Special Delivery has a guaranteed delivery date of the following day.

Unfortunately all of our prosthetics are advised as single use items, due to the need to blend the edges to the skin with acetone.

Some customers have had success reusing pieces, but we have to advise that they are single use.
