5 out of 5 starsOliver and Harriet were a pleasure to purchase from. Having not much experience in propagating, I was a bit over cautious and worried about a small black area on the cutting (I thought it was rot). I asked Oliver and Harriet for their advice and Harriet got back very fast. I decided to wait until my cutting had developed roots before I left this review. It has taken around a ml th for the first roots to develop but this is likely down to a few factors including the time of year and the substrate I used to try and root the cutting ( I started with Sphagnum moss which caused the aerial root to start rotting but I saved it.) the cutting arrived well wrapped and protected and although it took a few days (Christmas delivery) to arrive it arrived without any major issues. Overall I'm very pleased. Thanks guys!

5 out of 5 starsI bought a variegated monstera cutting a couple of months ago. I did my research as I hadn’t propagated many plants before. It arrived packaged well, and was cut correctly. The seller gave me advice when I messaged to propagate it. It took a little while but it’s now developing huge roots and I couldn’t be happier. Also sold at a very fair price unlike many others. The photo was taken two weeks ago and it’s gone crazy since then. I can’t wait to pot it soon.

Packaging
We have developed our very own plant friendly packaging to keep your new plants safe and sound.
It's 100% recyclable and uses recycled material too!
Our innovative packaging holds multiple plants in the same packaging, allowing you to add as many plants as you need to the same delivery, all for one flat delivery cost.
We have partnered with DX, DPD, Royal Mail and Parcel Force to give you the best experience when buying from us. We have worked closely with these couriers to ensure our boxes are handled with care and are delivered in the best possible condition.
Care instructions
We love to talk plants! If you have any specific care questions we would be very happy to answer them, just drop us a message and we will come back to you as soon as possible!
We also include a printed care guide that will be included in your box with your plants.
Unfortunately we do not provide a care guide with our cuttings as there are many different methods of propagation. Please contact us prior to propagation if you would like advice.

We love to supply plants to wholesale customers!
We have recently supplied plants to a number of businesses, from office environments to retail businesses and restaurants.
We have many more plants than shown on our shop, including our large plant range.
If you have something specific in mind we can help your source it through both our local and international contacts.

Returns & refunds
We hope that your new plants arrive in great condition, but sometimes things happen that are out of our control.
If you receive your plants and are not happy with their condition, we are more than happy to rectify the situation.
Just drop us a message with a description of the issue and photos of the plant/s and we will swiftly sort any issues.
We pride ourselves on great customer service, and will do our very best to give you a great experience buying plants from us.

Returns policy
We are happy to accept returns with the following conditions
1. Buyer is required to pay for the return using a courier of their choice. We recommend using a tracked service as the buyer is responsible for the plant being returned to us and in the condition they received it.
2. We recommend using the same packaging as received. If the buyer is not able to use the original packaging, appropriate packaging will need to be sourced by the buyer.
3. Once received, we will review the plant and if received in an acceptable condition we will issue a full refund. Apologies but we are unable to refund the cost of delivery.
Covid-19
1st Nov 2020 - We are currently operating as normal and do not have any covid-19 related delays. If a delay occurs we will message you personally to let you know of any issues.

Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver overseas. This is because we source our plants from the UK and want them to turn up in the best condition!
Can I see the exact plant I purchase?
All our plants are sent direct from the nursery to you. This means they are as fresh as possible, but does mean that we are unable to send specific plant photos.
Winter delivery
We will monitor the temperatures over the winter, and If the temperature drops below an acceptable level we will notify you that we are holding shipment until the temperature rises. In our experience the delay is normally less than a week.
We also sell heat packs that last for 72 hours. These can be additionally purchased in our listings and will be added to your order as they are packed.
