Hello! We are M.U.M.B. a husband and wife team bringing fun and trendy clothing, accessories and toys into your Little's life. What started out as a hobby to get me (Nikki) out of my baby blues has grown into a full time operation. Together with the help of my wonderful husband, Jonny, a very supportive fan club, and many Mama's out there who shop small businesses we have been able to make this dream a reality. Jonny and I both have a background in art & design so we are putting it to use in creating some of our own organic cotton fabrics and clothing patterns. We support other small shops here on Etsy with purchasing some patterns, fabrics, and packaging we use in our shop. We also have a special place in our hearts for preemies and NICU parents as we have experienced this in our lives. Our son (a miracle baby) was born 2 1/2 months early only weighing a little over 2 lbs. We were very fortunate that he is a healthy child (now a very energetic 6 year old) but understand the struggles medically and emotionally of parents who have preterm babies. We offer all of our clothing items in 2 preemie size options as we realize how difficult it can be to find teeny tiny things for those little sweeties. We pride oursleves on a high quality of customer service and the ability to customize any item in the shop so feel free to message us thru Etsy for your special requests.
Why the name Monsters Under My Bed? We talk about Monsters in our house quite frequently. Every child goes thru the monster phase and our son was no exception to the rule. I thought "why not make monsters funny and loveable. Thus, the first items to be sold in our Etsy shop were the Ugly Monster Dolls so it only seemed right for our name. Our Monsters are hypoallergenic and completely customizable. No age limit on these guys so don't be shy-buy one for yourself or a friend, in addition to all the little ones you know.
