    Welcome to MontanaGirl, featuring truly on-of-a kind creations. I am sure you will have as much fun wearing my creations as I do making them! If you don't see exactly what you're looking for I welcome custom orders.

    Returns and exchanges
    Please send me a message if your package has not arrived in a timely fashion and I will request tracking with the Post Office when available. I will replace or fully refund any item that should be damaged or lost in transit.

    I want you to be in love with your purchase! If you have a question or concern, please contact me within 5 days of item's arrival to make arrangements for an exchange or a return. I will refund the cost of the item (but not shipping charges) once I receive it in as-new condition.
    Payment
    I accept credit card payments through PayPal and Etsy direct checkout. Etsy gift cards work great too!

    If you would prefer to not use a credit card please convo me. I'll consider other payment methods on a case-by-case basis.

    State sales tax is collected on all Colorado purchases.
    Shipping
    ***Ready-to-ship***
    All ready-to-ship orders are shipped within 3 days of payment, usually the next day.

    ***Made-to-order***
    Most made-to-order items will ship in the same time frame. Please see my announcements for my current turn around time.

    Your order will ship to the address you choose during checkout on Etsy. If your PayPal address does not match your Etsy address, your order will ship to the Etsy address. I will make every effort to verify this before putting your purchase in the mail.

    Most items shipped within the US are mailed USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation.

    If it is a gift I'm happy to include a personalized card with your message. All of my items are simply wrapped and ready for gift giving - either for yourself or someone you care about.

    ***International shipments***
    International shipments are also sent USPS First Class whenever possible, but may not include tracking information. Customs fees, VAT, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. It is illegal for me to mark an item purchased from me as a gift, so please don't ask.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    All items are handcrafted in my smoke-free home. I do have a beautiful black cat we adopted from the shelter that occasionally blesses our home with his presence.

    Wool - Due to the nature of the materials I use I can’t be certain the yarns currently in my stash have not been in contact with fibers containing wool. If you have extreme sensitivities, please let me know and I’ll create something completely from scratch for you.
