I was given my Grandma's 1950's Bernina sewing machine and started sewing clothes and blankets as presents for my niece and nephew. Then a few crafts and then my Mom told a friend that I could sew her some puppy collars....Montana Grrl Critter Gear was born!

I have an adopted Boxer cross and an adopted Scottie. I sell liability insurance during the day and at night after my critters are asleep, I sit at the sewing machine and let the whirl of it wisk away the day

Hello from Montana!! Thanks for stopping by the shop. Be sure to "heart" the store-I am always purchasing new fabric and hope to be updating ideas often. If you have any questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact me.

All items are custom made to order, so please allow 4 to 5 days for your order to be shipped out. If you need the item rushed, please let me know and I will do my best to accomodate your request.

I know you will be happy with your purchase (and will come back for more) but I am happy to work with you if you are not satisfied in any way!

*You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to ask for a return or exchange for a different size. When I receive the item (which must still be in new condition), I can either refund you the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) or send you a different size. I am sorry, but I can't accept returns for custom orders (if you asked for a very specific size or picked out a fabric I had to purchase).

*If you ordered the wrong size for your pup you can easily exchange it for a different one. You will need to pay for shipping for the new collar to reach you, please convo me to get the correct size.

*All orders are sent to your Paypal address. This is to protect both of us! If you have not updated your current address in Payal and it is shipped there we are not responsible for the package or for replacing your order. PLEASE CHOOSE the correct mailing address when checking out via Paypal!
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of purchase. At this time I am not accepting money orders or personal checks.
Shipping
ALL ORDERS ARE SENT TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS. If you would like to send it to a different address, please email me with the correct address. Orders sent within the US will be shipped via First Class Mail or Priority Mail, both methods come with tracking.

International orders - customs forms do require a phone number. Please send that in the notes on your purchase.

-International orders are send via First Class International Mail, unless the buyer wants to upgrade to Priority Mail International or Express Mail International, please convo me for details and pricing. Express Mail is the only service that comes with a tracking number.

*International customers are responsible for any and all additional duties, taxes or fees imposed by Customs in your country.
