I love the frog pattern and they’re very easy to clean. Comfortable, not bulky feeling and they don’t slide around like some other cloth pads do. Highly recommend for anyone who’s been wanting to try out cloth pads like I did!

The only reason I gave the item a 4 is because it does slide on my panties and so I ended up staining myself. However, they are super absorbent and I even slept all night using one!

Never used these before. Comfortable and cool.

i havent had a chance to use these yet, they arrived just after my period ended. but they are SO CUTE! very bright colors, very soft. a bit bulkier than the typical pads i buy because of that oval rim around the pad part...but thats not a problem for me, personally. i will purchase more pads from here.

Shipping was so quick and I even received an extra little surprise in there! :)

I reached out to seller prior to using the pads to let them know my concerns and ask for an exchange, seller did not accommodate. Ended up having to keep them and use them, this was my experience:
- Super strict return and exchange policy (even if you just received them and didn’t use them, seller is super strict and not responsive to concerns)
- Low quality material (fabric began to pill, shed, and designs fade after just one use. fabric also stains very easily. After a wash and stain removing products, stains will not budge)
- Poor choice of patterns (if you buy the mystery pack, be prepared to potentially receive a white colored pad...)
- Length + width of pads (they all were too short and bunched up in the middle, causing leaks)
Moody V really likes you. Like, like-like.
Hi, it's Kay, the padmaker! I'm a heart-eyed advocate for cloth pads because I seriously believe in them. They're the tote to the plastic bag. They're the reusable water bottles to the single use disposable bottles. In other words, they're the way-cooler alternative to not-cool products we've grown accustomed to. Not to mention, they're so DANG comfortable.
I give a heck about what I do and how I do it because I give a heck about you.

Meet Your Padmaker: Kay made their first reusable pad in 2017 when they were looking for alternatives to disposables. When Kay took that cloth pad on it’s first test-drive, they whispered, “Hell yeah”, and Moody V was born.

Frequently asked questions
How do I clean these bad boys?
Rinse or soak with cold water ASAP to reduce staining. Machine wash cold, then air dry thoroughly.
Wash with gentle detergents that you won’t mind gettin’ up close and personal with. Avoid fabric softener, because it actually makes fabrics less absorbent! (Gasp!) Remember: COLD water does the best job of lifting blood stains!

How long should I wear one?
That very much depends on your flow, you’ll know when it’s time to change it. On average, a person with a regular flow will use 3-4 pads per day, including the one worn to sleep. That’s why it’s great to get 6 or more pads so you have enough to last you until it’s time to do laundry!
Why are Moody V pads the bee's knees?
Moody V regular absorbency pads and cloth liners are made with 100% cotton, which makes your down-there oh-so happy. Cotton is a breathable, moisture wicking fabric that creates a difficult environment for yucky bacteria to grow.
Disposable pads are mostly synthetic, which is fully not nice to your body. They’re made out of bleached wood pulp (what the?) and non-biodegradable materials.
Moody V’s heavy cloth pads and overnight cloth pads are also primarily cotton. They have a polyurethane lining inside, which keeps moisture from leaking through. This lining is non-biodegradable (I know, it sucks). But remember, you’re not just gonna throw it away, you’ll probably use it like, 100 times.
More info about Liners!
Cloth liners are lovely for really light days, and as a backup for a tampon or menstrual cup. They are made of five layers of cotton. They are soft, barely noticeable, and peace of mind for that bit of protection.
More info about Regular Pads!
The regular absorbency pads are good for light to moderate flows. They are 100% cotton, with a layer of terry cloth (towel material) inside for absorbency. Cotton is a moisture wicking and breathable fabric, which allows menstrual fluid to dry rapidly, keeping you comfy and dry. This also means that these cloth pads can absorb a surprising amount of fluid!
More info about Heavy Pads!
The heavy absorbency pads are perfect for moderate to heavy flows. Heavy pads are longer than regular pads. These pads are primarily cotton, with cotton flannel and terry cloth for absorbency and breathability. Additionally, they have a layer of polyurethane laminate (PUL) inside. This is a waterproof, laminated fabric that protects you from leakage.
More info about Overnight Pads!
The overnight cloth pads are great for heavy flows, and for overnight use. Overnight pads are longer than heavy pads, and flare out at each end. These pads are made of cotton flannel, cotton terry cloth, and PUL lining. Like heavy pads, the PUL lining extends throughout the entire base of the pad, so even the wings are leakproof!
