Welcome to Moog's Boutique!

I have long held a special place in my heart for France, and I hope that the items for sale here reflect that respect and love. All items have been found in France, whether at country house clearances, local fairs or sales.

The majority of the prints for sale are from photos taken in France.

Payment
Moog's Boutique accepts many forms of payment.

These include PayPal (including credit card payments), money orders (including international postal money orders in GBP) and personal cheques in GBP. Any cash sent through the mail is done so at the buyer's risk!

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

If you wish to cancel your payment before shipping has taken place, please let me know as soon as possible.

If the item has already been shipped, return the item unopened and in the original packaging and a full refund (including return postage) will be made.
Shipping
We endeavour to ship most purchases within two days of funds clearing. However, when purchasing prints there may be some delay. If this is the case, or if there is any delay with any purchase, I will inform you as soon as I am able.

All deliveries will be sent via recorded delivery and in secure packaging suitable for the item itself.

I do believe in re-using and recycling so upon occasion the outer packaging may reflect this. If you wish your item to be sent using only new packaging then please let me know.

I will inform you personally once the item has been shipped.

If you wish to have insurance against your purchase, please let me know as I can add this on to the final P&P cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive an item and it is simply not to your liking, then I am happy to offer a refund of the original purchase price only. Buyer will pay return postage.

If you receive an item and it is not to the quality expected, I will offer a full refund including original purchase and postage price and return postage.

If an item arrives and it has been damaged or has been lost in the mail, appropriate action will be taken against the courier responsible with full contact and updates maintained with the buyer.

All queries regarding refunds must be actioned within 2 weeks of receipt.
