We try our best to have accurate photos of images and detailed descriptions. Each item is distinct in its material, wood grain, stain, and design. All items are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. We do our best to provide you with quality goodies.

Our artwork and designs are original or of our own artistic expression inspired by things we love. If you like our art and design style, we can work with you to create a unique custom order.

SHIPPING

We do add a $1.50 handling fee that covers packaging, labeling, invoices, business cards, and personally delivering packages to post office, gas, etc.

We ship via USPS unless requested otherwise by you. Once the package is in the hands of USPS, we don't have much control over what happens. USPS usually ships successfully. Although rare, sometimes USPS messes up and doesn't deliver or loses the package. We watch USPS tracking like hawks and when this happens, we try our best to resolve the issue with USPS. If you have concerns about your order, please send us a message so we can find a solution.

For International Orders - Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs laws make the buyer (you) responsible for these fees.

Also, once the package leaves the U.S., unfortunately, we lose tracking and the shipment is out of our control. We wish there was a better system for international orders but alas there is not. That said, please send us a message with your concerns.

Please note: Unfortunately, we do not ship items to Germany at this time.
