From her grand marble palace, the Queen of the Moon would step onto her terrace,
watching the world below —
admiring the purity and beauty of human life.
Zeus and the other gods heard her wish
and granted her the light to guide souls who had lost their way on Earth.
Beneath the peaceful skies of İzmir,
the reflection of the moon upon the sea was said to be the Queen’s gentle smile. 🌕
