Welcome to Moon Magic Parlor!!! We have relocated to Rosarito Beach Baja California in Mexico, approximately 15 miles from the California border. All orders are handcrafted in Mexico and mailed 2x a month from San Diego County California.

🖤FLOWERS
Majority of my flowers are from my own garden, locally sourced in the wild and gifted from friends.
My process of drying is in the sun and paper bag method. Once dried flowers are kept in glass containers & ziplocks.

🖤OILS
Oil blends are fragrance oils. Uses include but not limited to: wearing on self, adding to bath, anointing, ritual/altar, candle refresh, etc. Base carrier oil is always SWEET ALMOND OIL. If using on skin, always do a test patch.

🖤CANDLES
Candles are by design not scent, so all are UNSCENTED soy. I find some like lots of scent while others not so much, therefore, candles come with oil to scent to your liking.

Candles are completed using a two pour process. The second pour allows me to put the flowers and gemstones into the wax.

🖤CRYSTAL GEMSTONES
I LOVE CRYSTALS and try to incorporate in all my products.
All the Crystals/gemstones I use are authentic unless otherwise stated. This includes: jewelry and bottle charms. Due to this, there will be inclusions as these are natural.
I LOVE LABRADORITE, MOONSTONES & TOURMALINE QUARTZ so I tend to use more of these crystals.
All crystals are wrapped by me in plated wire.

🖤SHIPPING
Items are shipped 2x a month, therefore, expect 2-29 delays on shipping. All items are crafted in Mexico and shipped via USPS in San Diego County California.
Items are packed tightly and all breakables are bubble wrapped. Some packages also contain a cardboard topper which secures all items by keeping them packed down tightly.

🖤ITEM DAMAGES
Accidents happen! Please msg me and send me a pic of the damaged items(s). I will rectify the situation and send a replacement FREE of charge.

🖤GIFTS
If you choose to have your purchase as a gift, your item will arrive in a poly mailer with a bow and item info card. If you elect a message, I copy and paste messages so be sure to double check for any typos and remember to include sender (from) info. Both are on card stock paper and typed in script. Dried flowers will be placed on the top of tissue paper.
The pkg will arrive with a bow and info card in poly mailer bag.

🖤ALLERGY INFO
Products contain but not limited to: almond oil, various fragrance oils, soy or beeswax, natural dried flowers, cosmetic grade mica powder, kosher salt, charcoal & glitter (fairy dust).

I am owned by 4 animals (3 cats and 1 dog) that live in my home. Although I do my best to keep all items out of their reach, severe allergies may be effected.
~Test patch for wearing oils is recommend
~Some items contain small pieces so keep out of reach of children and pets
~Items are not meant for ingesting or pets.
~Candles & incense burn hot, please use a safe dish/bowl when burning and do not leave unattended.

If your pkg was not as described or pic, msg me in order to rectify the issue. Most (including myself) sellers are small businesses and one bad review will hurt their shops. We (I), need to know if there is a common issue and an item(s) needs to be changed. Communication is the key!!
