★SHIPPING TIMES: Orders are shipped Monday-Friday with daily drop off's by 4:45pm EST (some orders are missed in the scanning process, but will start tracking at the nearest distribution center). We do not ship packages on Saturdays or Sundays.
Once we receive your order, it takes us approximately 2-3 business days to package and get them to the post office. These times vary due to small order volumes and large.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Please note that we are in holiday season. Please account for shipping delays as we are experiencing higher demand and the postal system is flooded with holiday packages.
★INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: It is common that shipping is sometimes over calculated at checkout; you will receive a refund for any shipping overages once your order is packaged. Please contact us if you wish to ship using a different method other than USPS (UPS, fedex); we will likely do this on our own if the shipping is cheaper for another carrier. We will tend to use UPS for larger shipments going internationally because usually they are safer with the package. The buyer is RESPONSIBLE for ALL duty or custom charges. Please be aware that we do not set tax or customs charges, that is the carrier.
Please note that shipping has dramatically slowed down for international buyers!
★POSTAL INSURANCE: If the package is first class (under 1lb) there is no insurance on the package. If the package is priority mail, there is $50 insurance on the package. If you wish to add more insurance, please contact us to do so.
★DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS: Most order are shipped with USPS priority mail, you can submit a claim to the USPS for damaged items or lost goods. To submit a damaged item claim, you must take the entire package and it's contents to your local post office (you must have the entire box, packaging, and contents). You will usually receive a response by mail within two weeks if your claim was accepted or denied.

★REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Refunds will be accepted on non-sale items that are sent back in the original condition and the buyer pays for the return shipping fees. If the refund causes the order to no longer qualify for free shipping (under $35 in the US), we will deduct our shipping cost from the refund. This applies to entire purchase returns, even for one piece orders. Restocking fees may apply to process a refund which will be decided on a case to case scenario.
We do not typically do exchanges. However, these are also decided case by case due to different situations. Please contact us first.

5 out of 5 starsSelenite is very delicate, so I always worry when buying it online that it might shatter. This charging plate arrived in perfect condition and has the most beautiful energy! It even sings when I rub my finger gently across it! I've never ordered a selenite plate, and I wasn't expecting it to be this smoothe nor pristine! I'll be coming back for more, in different varieties so I can more easily charge my stone babies. So much gratitude and love to the sellers!

I probably would've chosen a larger, duller stone myself, but I know I got the one meant for me, and I'm very grateful to the seller in choosing such a beautiful piece for me that I wouldn't even give to myself. Very excited to work with this stone and learn from it.

When you select a package as a gift, it means that no invoice will be included in the order. We do not gift wrap.

How do you package your items?
With the upmost care! We use packing materials such as newspaper, peanuts, bubble wrap, etc. What is so amazing is that most of these items are reused or donated. We rarely have to buy packing materials! Making our packing environmentally friendly!
