I’m sad to say not even a single star is good enough. I ordered an item for a Christmas gift. After a few days it hadn’t shipped yet. I sent an email asking for an update. No response. Another few days went by and I emailed again. Still no response. The day after Christmas I emailed for the third time and still nothing. I had to wait until Jan 1 before I could “open a case.” As soon as I did, Etsy CS stepped in immediately and issued a credit back to my account. So thankful to Etsy for such prompt attention. So very disappointed with this shop.

I ordered three 5” selenite sticks and they are absolutely perfect! The shop owner reached out to me to see exactly what I wanted. That’s unheard of these days! I trust this shop for future purchases.
