Return and Exchange Details::

All vintage sales are final.
Since we provide accurate measurements & photos of each item, we cannot give refunds for items that do not fit or for minor imperfections.

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS ON REQUEST.

Please keep in mind, All of our items are vintage pieces. This means they are NOT new & most of our items are decades old. They may show natural signs of wear & age. We do our best to list any & all flaws in the item description. However, we may overlook small flaws.

PLEASE NOTE: We try to show the exact color and describe it in our auctions, but colors may differ slightly, depending on your computer & monitor settings. WE WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR THIS!

Shipping Details::

We ship worldwide.
All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail which does not provide tracking number. If you would like a tracking number, the item must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us for a quote. All heavier items (3 pounds + up) will be shipped via this service.

We are NOT responsible for custom fees charged by your country.

We are NOT responsible for packages lost or stolen in the mail.

We are happy to ship via Express Mail as well - please contact us if you need this service!

And of course, we are always happy to combine shipping for multiple items!

Any other issues or concerns about items being misrepresented:

If you feel there was an error in the listing or there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the package delivery. Items with claims after this time period will not be considered. Thank you for your understanding.

FRAUD & SECURITY TAGS:

To prevent any potential fraud we video tape our packing process from the beginning to the end in a very detailed way for every item shipped. Every single item will be shipped out with a paper or plastic security tag attached with our handwriting on them. If there is a rare chance your item has an issue and we have agreed to a return it will ONLY be accepted if the security tag is still attached in the original way. No return will be granted if it is removed or reattached. Thank you for your understanding!
