IMPORTANT CHRISTMAS INFORMATION - PLEASE READ
Any orders placed after the 12th December CANNOT be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.
Please note that buyers will only be able to track their purchases if "Tracked and Signed" is paid for at the checkout.
The PROCESSING TIME (ie. the time it takes from an order being placed to the package being handed over to the UK's Royal Mail service) varies according to the time of year.
Please refer to processing time information when placing your order.
The ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME (from the time the package is handed over to the Royal Mail to reaching the buyer's destination) is based on targets provided by the relevant postal services and are as follows :-
* UK 2 - 5 WORKING DAYS
* EUROPE: 7 - 10 WORKING DAYS
* CANADA/AUSTRALIA etc: 8 - 15 WORKING DAYS
