My e-courses and items are created with love and are here to help you feel connected to your spirit and of course the moon :)
I accept paypal and other major credit cards. Please make sure you give me the right address to ship to!
If I do not receive payment within 2 days of the purchase I will assume you no longer wish to purchase the item, UNLESS you contact me first. If no communication is made I will cancel the order and put the listing back up in the cottage.
PLEASE make sure to send me the correct email address for e-courses.
Emails begin to be sent out the week before the course begins so keep a look out. I will use the email address Etsy provides if you do not send me a preferred address - that's not my responsibility to hunt down.
You can change your email address once an email is sent under "subscription preferences" You will have to do this yourself, please do not ask me. I cannot do this for 200+ students, so please make it easier on me! I really appreciate it! So so much!
International shipping: customs tax/fees are NOT my responsibility - I have no way of knowing every countries custom policies. This is non-negotiable, so please understand this while purchasing items from my shop. Thank you for understanding.This does not apply to e-courses/online downloads, only physical items I ship to you :)
Refunds and Exchanges
My CMP program is non-refundable. I put my heart and soul in each course I create so I appreciate your cooperation. Do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns through etsy or my email: marissa.moondaughter [!at] gmail.com
If physical items (stones/dreamcatchers/kits) are damaged upon arrival, let me know right away so I can either replace or refund depending on the situation and what we discuss. Every situation is different!
