We are open to any custom orders. Each product on our shop can be designed and customized on your request.

All our products are handmade so the processing takes from 1-3 business days. Expect your items to be shipped within 3 days after placing an order.

Expect to receive your orders within 10-20 business days (1-4 weeks). The shipping time depends on a Post Office ONLY. We can’t give any guarantees on getting your order sooner than the 10-20 business days.

ATTENTION! Before and during Christmas and New Year the delivery time grows for all countries because of the load of post offices. Please consider delays during holidays: December 1 - January 15.

Express Shipping is available on request. Write us via Etsy Conversations and we will calculate express shipping time and costs for you. Express delivery starts from 80$. The cost depends on the weight of the shipping items.

Each order leaves our studio in perfect condition, shipped and packed securely with bubble and sponge wrapping. Fragile items are packed in hard plastic containers. Wrapping of each package is being photographed.

However sometimes damages occur during shipment or human error. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the condition of your product please contact us no later than within 3 days of delivery. As soon as we get your message with photos and reason of dissatisfaction, we will suggest you a solution to fix the situation together.
