Refund and Return Policy
We want to make sure you feel confident shopping with us, so here’s some helpful information about how refunds work, especially regarding shipping costs:

Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable
Shipping fees, including any taxes, are non-refundable. This is because shipping is a service that’s already completed once your order is delivered. Since we can’t “return” the shipping service, we’re unable to refund that part of your order.

For Orders with Free Shipping
If your order qualified for free shipping and you decide to return it, we will deduct a flat fee of $4.50 USD from your refund to cover our shipping expenses. This helps us keep offering free shipping to our customers while staying fair to everyone.

Why Taxes on Shipping Can’t Be Refunded
Taxes on shipping are tied to the cost of the service itself. Since the shipping service is non-refundable, the taxes paid for it also aren’t eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs
If you’d like to return an item, the cost of shipping it back to us will be your responsibility. To keep things simple, we recommend using the most affordable shipping method so we can process your return quickly and smoothly. Sometimes when the item is small, it is even possible to return it in a flat envelope as a letter (a cheaper option)!

For Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, don’t worry—we’ll make it right! In these cases, we’ll refund you in full, including the original shipping cost. Just reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
