Zoom Delivery. New Customer to this Lovely Shoppe. One early morning in the wee, wee hours, I was surfing through ETSY searching for 3x3 decorated Winter Note Cards. Yes, I want to be prepared ahead of schedule. I came across these GORGEOUS Note Cards. I stopped and shopped! These Speciality Note Cards are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! ****Custom Orders*****

I will do custom orders for weddings.

If there is something you like but it is not in your size just convo me and we will discuss how to make it the perfect fit for you!

I also make custom bracelets (Remembrance/Mother/Grandmother, etc). If you are interested in placing a custom order with me, please convo me and we will start the process of creating your ideal piece of jewelry. Custom Orders are NOT returnable!!
I will work closely with you to make sure you are happy and there are no surprises.

CUSTOM ORDER PAYMENT OPTIONS:
There are two options for Custom Order Payments:

1. The majority of Custom Orders fall under this option ~ payment is due in full prior to me starting your Custom Order.

2. In rare cases, prior to me starting your Custom Order you are required to put down a 50% deposit on your order. This 50% deposit is NON-Returnable. Once I receive your 50% deposit, I will begin your Custom Order pursuant to our correspondence. Once the Custom Order has been completed the remaining 50% is then due. Once 100% payment has been received, I will process and ship your order.

Orders are processed and ship via USPS First Class Mail within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. NOTE: BUSINESS DAYS do NOT include weekends and holidays!

ALL SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOW INCLUDE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. THIS ALLOWS BOTH BUYER AND SELLER TO TRACK THE ORDER ENSURING PEACE OF MIND FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED.

If you would like me to upgrade your order to Priority Mail, please contact me PRIOR to ordering so I can create a RESERVED listing for you including all your items and the appropriate shipping charges. Priority Mail is $6.00. If you would like insurance, that will be calculated on a case by case basis and will be added to your order as appropriate.

Once the package is in the hands of the Postal Service, I am not responsible for the time it takes to be delivered.

I cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses. Please double check to verify that the shipping address is correct and current. It is my pleasure to ship my work/supplies all over the world. Please note that if you are an international buyer by purchasing from my shop you are aknowledging the fact that international transit times can vary widely and can take anywhere from 3 days (rare) to 5 or 6 WEEKS or longer to arrive! Please be aware of this when you place your order!

I cannot be responsible for packages that get stuck in customs, as can sometimes happen. Once the package is in the hands of the Postal Service, I am not responsible for the time it takes to be delivered.

Any international fees such as VATs are the sole responsibility of the international buyer. No reimbursements or adjustments will be made for these fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exceptional customer service is what keeps the wheels of this machine turning! I want my customers to be happy and I will strive to make that happen. I encourage any customer with questions or concerns regarding their purchase to email me.

Returns and/or exchanges can be made within 7 days of the purchase. Shipping the returned item to me will be the Buyer's responsibility. For your safety, I recommend that any return made to me be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. Once I have received the item(s) (in perfect condition) I can refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back to me, I will not be able to refund you. You will need to contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply and is at my discretion.

Additional policies and FAQs
REPAIRS:

Things happen, and sometimes a piece of jewelry requires a repair. Buyer is responsible for the costs related to shipping the item back to me. Please just contact me first before sending out the item and we will make arrangements for your repair. For your safety, I recommend that any return made to me be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information.

If the materials needed to make your repair are not available to me, I reserve the right to use a bead or material of equal value, even if it looks different than the original. This is something that we would discuss before you ship it back to me. I can e-mail you pictures of the material or bead that would be used as a substitute, so you could approve it's use and avoid surprises.

MOONLIGHT REFLECTIONS Jewelry Storage and Care

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, here are some suggestions for proper care and storage:
1. Salt water, chlorine (swimming pools), and all heavy detergents and cleaning agents should be avoided. Remove your jewelry whenever possible if there is a probability of prolonged moisture, such as when showering, cleaning, washing dishes, etc.
2. Glass pearls are solid glass beads with a pearlescent coating that creates a lustrous shine. Just like oyster-born pearls, these beads need a little TLC to retain their splendor. Remove them when doing exercise or rough work or when using bleach or chemicals. Avoid using chemical or ultrasonic home cleaners. Never leave glass pearl jewelry loose in a jewelry box or in your purse. They can become scratched or chipped. Clean with mild soap and water (but do not scrub) and pat dry.
3. Store silver in a cool, dry place. Because silver tarnishes more quickly, store pieces in a tarnish-preventing bag (zip-loc) or wrapped soft piece of cloth such as felt. Don’t wear silver to bed or when getting wet. Because silver oxidizes, it should not be worn 24 hours a day. It is a good idea to take your jewelry off before bed and store it properly so it will maintain its luster.
4. Just like precious metals, plated jewelry will tarnish when exposed to the air. To remove this tarnish, use the same techniques or solutions that you would with sterling silver. However, use the least amount of polishing (or shortest exposure time needed to liquid dips) as necessary because any process that removes tarnish also removes minute amounts of plating on the surface. Over time the plate will eventually wear. Some plates are thicker than others so a heavy plate will most likely last a lifetime with proper care.
