3 out of 5 starsIt came quickly. I couldn’t read it all in one go, and unfortunately couldn’t access it a second time to finish it. Wanted to try to figure it out, but the seller is insisting on a review right away. I’d recommend if you order it, find a way to print it on to paper and take your time to read it. Don’t be a dodo like me and hope to recall what you saw or open it up when you have time to absorb it. I’m feeling like a dolt right now that has 80 bucks less in their pocket.

While your feedback is important, this sounds like a technical issue with Etsy's system rather than a problem with the content of the reading itself or my shop specifically. Etsy automatically requests reviews from customers once they've received their order and unfortunately, this is not something that individual shops can control. The customer has the option to decide if or when they would like to leave a review as it is not mandatory. I've reached out to you to provide additional support for how to access and download your reading. Note that digital files ordered remain available on each customers account regardless of how many times they've opened or downloaded the file. Let me know if you need any more assistance with this.
