This scenario is more likely to occur if the shipping address provided is in a rural or remote location or is located off of the US or Canadian mainland. The bracelet cords have been pre-stretched, however to avoid breakage or sagging, it's recommended to gently roll the bracelet on and off of your wrist rather than to pull it. Handwashing with the bracelet on should not damage the beads or the cord; however wearing it over prolonged periods of time in water could affect the longevity of the cord.

Exposure to sweat and water may cause certain beads to lose their luster over time. To clean, wipe the beads with a clean, damp cloth and gently pat dry.

Jewelry items are a final sale due to sanitary reasons and may not be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST:
Remember that your bracelet must fit over your hand! To find out your bracelet size, take a piece of string and wrap it to fit around your wrist where comfortable and mark. Hold the string flat against a tape measure or a ruler and mark the length in inches. Add 0.75 (3/4) inches to that number for a more fitted bracelet or add 1 inch for a more relaxed fit.
You may also use a flexible tape measure to take these measurements if you don't have string.
