Hello and Welcome to my shop. Thanks for visiting!

All items in my shop have been created for the pure enjoyment of creating art. Unfortunately due to limited space my past creations sometimes find themselves stuck in the back of a closest, unseen and unappreciated.

By opening the MooseSocks shop I hope to spare my future creations this tragic fate by allowing people from around the world to enjoy them.

I hope you love my creations as much as I do!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept payment through PayPal only (no checks, cash or money orders).
PayPal allows you to pay with credit card or your bank account. Paying with a credit card does not require you sign up for a PayPal account, but paying with a bank account does require a PayPal account (which is free!)

Items only get shipped once FULL payment has been confirmed by me.
Shipping
All items will be shipped using Canada Post www.canadapost.ca
All items will be shipped as "Regular Parcels" and I will provide you with a tracking number.

I will send you an etsy CONVO message letting you know your item has been shipped and give you the tracking number.

PACKAGING MATERIALS:
All items will be packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes I have around the house or get for free from local businesses. Because of this, the boxes may have unrelated writing and/or labels on them. PACKING MATERIALS ARE FUNCTIONAL BUT NOT PRETTY. If you plan to give the item as a gift, you will probably want to remove the item from the shipping package and repackage it yourself.

INTERNATIONAL CHARGES:
All items will be shipped from Canada. I am not responsible for any international customs charges that MAY occur.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges. I am not responsible for lost/damaged or stolen packages.

DO NOT ship then item back to me - I WILL NOT refund your money simply because you shipped back the item.

If you unhappy with your item send me a detailed etsy CONVO message describing the reasons why (using photos if it helps) and we can try to work something out (within reason) to your satisfaction. The happiness of my customers is extremely important to me.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of my creations are truly ONE OF A KIND. I hand make only one item for each listing and I will not be reproducing items after they have sold (unless specifically stated).

I am currently not accepting custom orders, but check back in the future as this may change.
