Our team currently has only two people. Founder Dai (For almost 20 years, he has been a newspaper photographer.)and Assistant Xiao shuang(She used to be a kindergarten teacher). of course. My product still has a lot of room for improvement. I also worked hard with my assistant Xiao Shuang. Better product quality and best customer service.
I treat each customer individually. I’m open to new ideas and suggestions. You can choose a strap length that suits you the best. If the model you have chosen is currently unavailable please write me. If you are interested in a particular color which is not offered write me as well and there is high probability I will do it on your request.
We provide a lifetime guarantee, which means that if your camera strap has any damage on its back, please send it to us. We will repair it free of charge, no need to buy certificates, no problem.
