MORE KIDS, MORE SYSTEMS — PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: October 6, 2026

I’m Heidi Gariti, the owner of More Kids, More Systems. This policy explains how I use personal information when you purchase from or contact my shop through Etsy.

Information I receive

To fulfill your order, I may receive your name, email address, shipping address, order details, and information you provide through Etsy messages or personalization requests. For custom designs, this may include names, photographs, or other details you choose to share.

How I use your information

I use this information to create and deliver your order, communicate with you, provide customer support, resolve order issues, and meet applicable legal and tax obligations. I do not sell your personal information or add you to a marketing list without your consent.

When information is shared

I share information with Etsy as needed to operate my shop. If an order requires a printing partner, fulfillment provider, or shipping carrier, I share only the information needed to complete that service. I may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud or legal claims.

Custom designs and photographs

Please provide only information needed for your design. I will not use identifiable customer photographs or personalized designs in promotional materials without permission.

Keeping your information

I retain information only as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, resolve disputes, and meet legal or tax requirements. Some records may need to be retained even after a deletion request.

Your choices and contact

You can contact me through Etsy Messages to ask about accessing, correcting, or deleting personal information I hold. Available rights depend on applicable law.

Etsy handles information separately under its own privacy policy. Requests about information held by Etsy should be directed to Etsy.
