Frequently asked questions
Why is my download not instantly available after purchase?
Sometimes it can take a few minutes for payment processing to clear on both ends. Wait a few minutes, refresh your browser and your purchase will be ready to download.
Do your designs come with a commercial license?
Yes, each design comes with personal and small business commercial use up to 200 uses. Any design to be used more than 200 times will need a separate extended license. If you intend to sell transfers, decals, stencils or digitize for embroidery you will need a separate extended license. You must create a finished physical product to sell.
Do you require credit back to your shop?
Although it's always appreciated, but you are NOT required to credit back my shop for the designs you use.
What can I NOT do with your designs?
It's very simple, you can NOT
- resale or claim the design as your own
- sell any of my designs in any digital format
- share or give away any of my designs as freebies
- use any of my designs with any print on demand services
Do you take custom orders?
You can always contact me and I will be more than happy to see if I am available at that time to do custom work. However, I will not copy another designers work or design with licensed characters or any copyrighted material.
What file formats do you offer? I'm not sure if the file formats offered will work in my software?
I offer SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPEG and JPEG (mirrored).
Typically the SVG file will work in most software programs but if your still not sure, contact me and I will send you one of my free test cut files.
Can I use your files with my Silhouette Cameo or Cricut Machine?
Yes, if you are using Silhouette Studio Designer Edition then you can use the SVG file, BUT If you are using Silhouette Studio Basic Edition then you will need to use the DXF file.
You can use the SVG file in Cricut Design Space.
These file formats can not be used in the Cricut Craft Room.
Can I use your files for embroidery?
You must purchase one of the Extended License for Embroidery Digitizing. There are 3 different listings in the "Extended Licenses" section, you can choose from.
Cricut Design Space - Why are the letters scrambled on my "Make It" mat?
Good news this is an easy fix!
- If the design your using is only letters (no design elements) and your cutting it in one color, just make sure your design is grouped on the design mat and in the bottom right hand corner click "ATTACH" and then click "MAKE IT"
- If your cutting your letters into different colors, just group each color together, separately from the whole design and then group the entire design together on the design mat and in the bottom right hand corner click "ATTACH" and then click "MAKE IT"
- If the design your using has letters and a design, just group letters together (by colors if needed) then group everything together and in the bottom right hand corner click "ATTACH" and then click "MAKE IT"
