A lovely zine with beautiful artwork that is very relatable and comforting to someone with anxiety.

I’m so happy with this booklet! I was pleasantly surprised at how informative it was. From the pictures in the description, you can tell that it is very limited in pages, but there were actually more than I expected. I love that there was an entire back-page listing further information/resource links online. I just love them. I bought them for my family, but I honestly want one for myself now! In both versions 😂
