Return/Exchange
I currently don't offer any return/exchanges unfortunately, but I will always make sure the products are in perfect condition before they get mailed out, and do my best to package them safely. However, something could still happen during the shipping. For damages, please take a photo and send it to me, and we can work out something from there. Thank you!
Customs and import taxes
I am located in Canada but I use couriers that directly drop off packages to CP/USPS overnight.
Canadian orders: everything is domestic and there is no custom fee.
US orders: packages are dropped off to USPS in NY on the day of dispatch. Everything under US$800 has no duty/custom fees.
International orders: only 4x6 prints and stickers are available to international buyers at this moment, sorry! These orders are sent as regular letter mails with stiff chipboard inside.
Do you do customized keychains?
I am open to customized keychain ideas. If there are many people asking for one character, I will probably make it, so please feel free to shoot me a message of the character you would like to see!
