About

Shop members

  • Fanny Prouté

    Owner, Creator

I have been painting most of my life, with acrylics on canvas for about ten years and MTG alters for about four years. I wanted to professionalize my work a little bit and created this shop. More of my work at: www.fanny-morino.com

Shop policies

Welcome to Morinopainting !
I created this shop to make commissions of my MTG alters easier, and to sell my other paintings.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
  • Other Method
Returns and exchanges
For commissions or originals: No refunds or exchanges.

For alters:
If your card gets lost before it gets to me or after I send it back to you, I won't be held responsible. But if it gets lost on the way back to you,I will give you a 10% discount on your next order (if you wish to send me an other card).
Payment
For commissions or originals: you can either pay through Etsy or send me a message and I'll send you my payment information.
When you ask for a custom commission, it will appear as a private listing, just for you. Payment must come in before I start on your commission or ship out.

For alter commissions:
ALTER ONLY!! I DO NOT SELL CARDS!

You have to send me the card first, when I receive your commission I will send you the address (currently in Germany). The shipping price for you to send me the card(s) IS NOT INCLUDED. The shipping price for me to send you back your card(s) IS INCLUDED.
I'll suggest to send it with tracking, I will not be held responsible if the card never gets here (you will get your money back though, unless you send an other one).

You can contact me, send the card, and only pay when I confirm that it has arrived. But I won't send it back until I receive your payment.

Be careful you choose the right type of alter when you commission (the prices vary)!

You can ask me for a custom alter if none of the choices corresponds to what you want, or fits your budget.
Shipping
For commissions or originals: Shipping only after payment. Consider that I am located in Germany, if you are outside of the EU, please consider taxes.

For alters:
Consider that you have to send me your cards first (see payment).

It might take a while for me to start on your card, don't expect it to come back altered in a few days. I alter in my free time and should be able to paint an average of one alter per week. If you can't commission it means I have too much backlog, don't hesitate to message me I'll tell you when to come back.

You have to consider the custom taxes for your own country if you live outside of the EU.
Additional policies and FAQs
For commissions:
Give me as much details as possible, including size, materials, particular style or colors and your budget if you have one. I will discuss all of these details with you before starting on your commission, but if you can tell me as much as possible from the get-go, it helps me a lot.

For alters:
You can suggest a particular image, just give me an idea, or tell me to do whatever I find cool for that specific card.
Try to give me as much detail on what you want as possible.
1. Which card will be altered.
2. How much of it do you want altered.
3. What do you want it to look like afterwards.
4. Any other details.
Before I start on the card I will sent you an approximate photo-montage of how the card should look like when it's done. Only when you're happy with the idea will I touch the card.
