Whatever you may choose, please be assured that you will receive a quality piece to cherish. Photographs are professionally printed, and only archival materials are used in creating the final product.

I accept payment through PayPal, personal check, or money order. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card, but you do need to select PayPal for this option and follow their directions. If you pay with a check, your shipment will be delayed to give your check time to clear. Orders that ship to a Colorado addresses will be charged 2.9% sales tax.
Orders are generally shipped within one business day via first class or priority mail. All cards and photographic prints are enclosed in archival sleeves and shipped in secure, rigid packaging to ensure that they will not be damaged in transit. Framed and matted prints are shipped in sturdy boxes.

Please contact me if you do not receive your order within 7 business days (continental United States). I will replace any order that has been lost at no additional cost to you.

At this time, my shop is set up to ship within the United States. However, I will be happy to set up a listing for an international shipment if you contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be pleased with your purchase! I will refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping) up to 14 days after receipt of the item. I only ask that you pay for return shipping and that the item be returned in new condition. If you return an item, your money will be refunded when the item is received. Please contact me prior to returning an item, so that I am aware of the situation.

If you receive a damaged item, or I have made a mistake in your order, I will make it right with no hassle to you! Please contact me as soon as possible so that I can take the corrective measure that you prefer.
Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome custom orders. You may request that a photo be cropped differently, choose a special finish or paper, purchase a canvas or watercolor giclee print , or place an order for a matted or framed photo. Cards may also be purchased in different quantities. It is my goal to exceed your expectations, and I often get wonderful ideas from customers who request the unexpected!
