Items are usually received within one week of shipping anywhere in the world, but can take much longer if it gets lost in the system. Royal Mail only consider a parcel lost after 15 days since shipping, so claims for missing items can only be filed after that.
All items are lovingly wrapped and sent with care from a pet and smoke free home.
Combined shipping is always available and cheerfully offered. (Please see our shipping info on listings for exact details.) If you need any help or advice on this, please contact us.
We reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible, but never at the expense of protecting the item(s) within.
Knives, scissors and other sharp, pointy objects will be well wrapped, packaged and correctly labelled for international shipping.
Knives, glue and some other items are not for sale to under 18s, in accordance with UK laws. (If this is the case it will be be noted on the listing.) We're parents and we won't sell anything to kids that we wouldn't want our own child buying.
Non-UK customers: We don't know the customs laws in every country, so please check yours before buying anything to big or expensive from us. We'd hate for you to be unexpectedly hit with a big import duty bill. It's happened to us and it's not very nice.
Refunds and Exchanges
Return postage is only refundable under certain circumstances and when agreed in advance (i.e; item was wrongly described in listing.) If the item is damaged in transit then just send us a photo of the damaged item and we'll initiate a claim with the postal service.
If your item arrives broken or isn't as described PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY! Please remember that, despite our very best efforts, something might just get broken in transit. We can't control what the postman does with your package, but we always mark fragile/non-crushable items as such in the hope that nobody is tempted to play football with it. If they do, let us know so we can file a claim straightaway!
If you would like a refund, please let us know ASAP so we can get the wheels in motion.
