About designer

Lena Moro has fused her love of complex versatile designs and luxurious rich texture and materials like silk, feathers, Swarovski crystals which are used for her refined collections.
She was a Ballroom dancer, freelance couturier, who made ballroom dance dresses, and special occasion gowns. She worked more than 25 years in the fashion business.
Before Lena came to America and married Steve, she owned and operated a successful clothing company in Ukraine.
"Although I was happy with my new country and marriage, my entrepreneurial desire was not satisfied and I wondered what business I could develop here",- she said.
2004 - started out running a boutique and was a jewelry and special occasion apparel retailer. Along with finished products, the company also offered custom designed clothing and alterations services. Throughout the course of being in this business, the Lena discovered a niche for her hand-made bridal and evening accessories, such as silk and feather wraps, scarves, shawls and jackets.

We run a small family company that produces Lena Moro's line of Bridal & Evening Accessories. For about 6 years now, we had a very successful retail online business and like all growing businesses, we faced a question, retail or wholesale?

Unfortunately we can not accept refund / exchanges after 10 days since all items are special occasion wear. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us.

Refund for items returned within 10 business day will be through the original payment method and may take up to 3-4 business days.

1) Fabric swatches are not returnable
2) Restocking fee does not apply to items below $120
3) Restocking fee 20% applies to all returned items over $121
4) Special orders and discounted orders are not returnable.

If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund and will therefore ship the merchandise back to you.
Exchange / Refund Terms and Conditions:
1. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs
2. Buyer pays for any price difference between exchanged items

To insure your color choice you can either
1) order the set of all 36 available fabric swatcheshttps://www.etsy.com/listing/110137147/swatches-set or
2) order the Fluttering scarf (full refundable) in that color, what you like and then exchange the scarf to any another item, in iridescent silk chiffon.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

BECAUSE OUR ACCESSORIES ARE MADE FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS WE HAVE A SOMEWHAT STRICT POLICY, BEING ONLY 14 BUSINESS DAY FOR EXCHANGE / REFUND.
The item must be shipped back within 7 business days after date of receiving your order. We do not accept any requests for exchanges or returns after 7 days from the date when you received
- We offer 3 return options for online orders:
1. NO RESTOCKING FEE for Fluttering Scarves and Triangle Shawls
For all other designs
2. You can return your purchase for an online merchandise credit in the full amount. You have to use this credit during 6 month after your first order.
2. You can return your purchase for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
DISCOUNTED and CUSTOMIZED ITEMS are not returnable.

PROCESS FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE

STEP 1: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number within 7 days of the date we shipped your order. Please note: returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. RMA Numbers expire 7 business days after the date they are created; the return will not be accepted if it is received after that time.

PROTECT YOUR RETURNED SHIPPING

For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Registered USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt, as well as the tracking information associated with item(s) returned. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non- traceable method.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS

For defective, damaged, or mis-shipped (item shipped was not item ordered) items, the issue must be reported within 1 days of receiving shipment. To report such items, client should make a pictures of the damaged item and contact us via the e-mail address listed on your packing slip, or select the 'Contact Us' page on the website to update us.

Depending upon stock availability, we will attempt to replace defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items. If a replacement cannot be issued, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees for the item(s).

ONLINE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Our order fulfilment and shipping systems are designed to send orders quickly and efficiently. Processing begins as soon as an order has been placed, therefore we cannot change, cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed.
