Hello and welcome to my shop of creative wonders and colorful home and party accents.
My name is Lori Morrell. I am so happy that you are here.

My loving friends and family would say, “Leave it to you, Lori, to come back from a long hike with one river rock and a strategy to turn it into a unique and creative decoration”. The truth is, I absolutely LOVE what I have the pleasure of doing each and every day. I find inspiration and motivation for my designs in the most unlikely places. Being passionately creative is a huge part of who I am and how I relate to the world.

Working with my customers to bring them innovative home and party decorations is just one of the many ways I enjoy helping others to achieve their decorating goals. I give back to my community and state by purchasing discarded items from thrift stores and second hand shops that dedicate their proceeds to helping individuals with developmental disabilities or individuals in need. I travel the beautiful state of Colorado looking for unwanted treasures that I can paint and breathe new life into. This is a process that I have come to adore from start to finish. The end results appear in my shop for you to enjoy or to give as a special gift. It is a process, which I believe, allows many people to benefit along the way.

Prior to Checking Out...Please view the Processing Time "Ready to Ship In" noted on each listing. Many Items are made to order. You will find this information on every listing under the tab "Shipping / Policies" located at the bottom of each listing description.

If you need your order prior to this processing time...please contact me BEFORE checking out. I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Due to the variety of weights and sizes of the items in my shop, if you are interested in purchasing multiple items from Morrell Décor, please contact me for a combined shipping quote. Shipping costs are based on the rates of the US Postal Service and take into account the weight of the item(s) and the shipping destination.

Etsy Direct Connect and Paypal are the accepted methods of payment.
Item(s) will ship after a payment transaction confirmation has been received and payment has cleared the bank.

VERY IMPORTANT:
Please know that I use the address on your Etsy transaction for shipping not the paypal address. I would greatly appreciate it if you could double check to make sure the address you provide is correct. I am not responsible, nor will I reimburse buyer for purchase and shipping / handling costs if address provided is incorrect, incomplete, Address Not Found or marked as not-deliverable. Please take the time to check the address you have provided to Etsy. Thank you so much for your attention on this important detail.

With the exception of glass vases, where insurance is included, all other items DO NOT include insurance.If you would like insurance please let me know prior to check out so that I can make the adjustment to the shipping profile. If you wish to have insurance or rush delivery, please convo me PRIOR to checking out so the cost adjustment can be made.

When you check out, please make sure the shipping address to you or your gift recipient is correct . If you would like to have a gift item shipped for you, I will do so with the proper shipping information you provide to me. If you would like the receipt left out of your package (if it's a gift) please let me know at checkout. I am also happy to include a little note on your behalf....Just let me know what you would like the note to state :)

If you are sending an e-check through paypal, your item(s) will ship as soon as I am notified by paypal that your e-check has cleared. E-checks can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days in the US to clear your bank and mine. International payments often take up to 10 days to clear. Thank you in advance for your understanding on this issue.

The United States Postal Service changed their rates on 1/17/2016.
Both Domestic and International Rates experienced a significant price increase over 2015 shipping rates. All listings reflect these new shipping rates.

First Class Domestic Rates average increase of 12.8%
Priority Mail Rates average increase of 9.8%
Priority Express Rates average increase of 15.6%


I apologize for the high cost of shipping which is outside of my control and is based on the rates of the US Postal Service. Each listing's shipping charges reflect both published USPS rates plus a small handing charge.

If you are interested in multiple listings from Morrell Decor, please contact me before making a purchase. I will gladly give you an accurate shipping and handling quote based on your zip or country.

INTERNATIONAL Customers...please note that shipping time will vary anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks or longer on all international shipments.

Tracking numbers will be posted on your Etsy receipt so you can see where your order is in transit.
By law, I am required to fill out a custom form that itemizes the contents of the package.

International Priority mail upgrade ( 6 to 10 days for delivery) is available upon request for some items. Additional charges will be based on the item(s) weight and size. Many items ,due to size and weight, are not able to ship Internationally.


PRIORITY MAIL UPGRADE:
Many items have the option to upgrade to PRIORITY MAIL. This option will be present at checkout if the upgrade option is available for that item. If you wish to upgrade to priority mail, please know that PRIORITY MAIL SPEEDS UP THE SHIPPING TIME BUT DOES NOT SPEED UP THE PROCESSING TIME REQUIRED FOR THE ITEM. If you need an item before the required shipping time, please contact me prior to checking out. I will check my production schedule and see if I can accommodate your rush request.

All items that are"made to order" will ship out within the number of production days listed on each item....with two exceptions. First, if you paid by e-check (as my payment policy states...I will wait for the payment to clear before shipping). Second, if clarification is required to complete your order request, this may delay your order. All items that are one of a kind and ready to ship will ship out within 2 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment.

PLEASE NOTE...All GIFT TAGS and MOST HOME ACCENTS / WALL HOOKS and bottle openers ARE MADE / PAINTED TO ORDER and require production time prior to shipping. I have placed the number of production days required for each item on each listing. If you need them sooner, please let me know. I will do my very best to accommodate your needs. I always do my best to ship as soon as possible. Please check out my feedback to see the positive feedback I have received.

All US ship to orders include delivery confirmation and tracking through the USPS. International Shipments have a Custom Declaration form tracking number. This customs form is proof of shipment. You will find the Customs Form and Tracking number on your Etsy receipt for your tracking convenience.
International buyers...any customs charges are the buyers sole responsibility.

Please note: I ship to the address listed on your Etsy order NOT the address on your Paypal account. Please make sure that that address for ship to is correct. I will not be held responsible, nor will I reimburse buyer for an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address.

If you have a rush order, please let me know and I can apply rush fees based on your individual order. RUSH orders are available on current inventory only.


DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL PARCELS RETURNED TO SENDER BY THE US POSTAL SERVICE:
If for ANY reason a parcel / order is redirected back to Morrell Decor by the Postal System, buyer will be notified immediately. A picture, as proof of the returned package, will be sent to the buyer of the returned parcel with the postal system notation on it. Buyer will have have the option to have order re-sent and the shipping charges for the re-shipment will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Morrell Decor will send a "postage only" listing for buyer to check out with.
*******Reason for Parcels returned to sender may include (but are not limited to):
** Incorrect / Incomplete address provided by buyer
** No Such Address
** Unclaimed
** Address Unknown
** Refused

If buyer refuses a parcel which comes back to Morrell Decor, Morrell Decor reserves the right to offer a store credit only based on the purchase price of the item (less any re-stocking fee which may be assessed based on the condition of the returned parcel). Morrell Decor reserves the right to assess re-stocking charge on a case by case bases. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed nor will store credit be given for shipping fees on any "returned to sender by the US Postal Service" orders. If buyer does not want to pay for re-shipment or if there is no response from buyer to notification sent, Morrell Decor reserves the right to offer a store credit ( Less any assessed re-stocking fee and less original shipping). Store credit must be redeemed in the same calendar year as the order was placed. Therefore, a store credit will expire on December 31 of the calendar year in which the purchase was made. All Store credits are generated by Morrell Decor through Etsy Conversation should this type situation arise.

LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED / DELAYS:
Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for items stolen, broken, damaged, late arriving due to postal error, or lost in the mail (This applies to US and International Shipping). I make special effort to securely pack and label all items so they can arrive safely and meet the post office packing requirements. If you would like the extra piece of mind with insurance, you are welcome to purchase it prior to check out. Just convo me and I will let you know the extra charge for insurance. If you agree, I will make the shipping adjustment to the item and then you can proceed to checkout.

Delivery confirmation and is NOT AVAILABLE through the postal service on International shipments. I do provide a tracking number with each order shipped. However, on International shipments, this tracking number is not always scanned by all countries.

I will ship internationally on most items. Please convo me for a price quote. I do require insurance to be purchased for all international shipments.
Refunds and Exchanges
Every Morrell Decor product is crafted with incredible attention to the details. I use only high resolution photographs so that you can easily zoom in on any item. These photos allow you to see texture, color, finishes and any flaws that may exist on the item. I want you to see exactly what you are getting before you purchase it. My product descriptions are detailed with measurements and specific features about each listing. Please review all product details and sizes prior to making your purchase. My hope is that you love it even before it arrives on your doorstep.

Vintage items will naturally have signs of wear in some cases visible flaws. I make a conserted effort to photograph the items so you can see their beauty and flaws. If you have any questions, I am very responsive and will gladly answer them promptly.

GIFT TAGS are not returnable. Please make sure to double check the size, the shape and the color prior to making your purchase. I also offer a listing for sample tags if you would like to confirm color and size prior to making a larger commitment.

ALL CUSTOM LISTINGS and ALL PAINTED Items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Please make sure you are comfortable with your item(s) prior to purchasing. If you have any questions or uncertainties about an item, I am very quick to respond to questions and am happy to help you in your purchasing decision.

Morrell Decor will not issue any refunds, exchanges or replacements. However, it is the utmost of importance to me that all of my buyers are happy with both my products and my service. Receiving a 5 star rating on each and every transaction is my daily goal that I work diligently to achieve. Morrell Decor will not be responsible for damaged, broken, lost or stolen items due to post office. To receive compensation from the post office insurance will need to be bought by the purchaser. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:
The processing times are listed on every item in my shop.This information is found on the tab "Shipping/Policies" at the end of each listing description. It is termed "Ready to ship in". This information is again noted on your paid receipt along with on the packing list you will receive. On your receipt and on the packing list it is termed "Scheduled to ship by" with the date.
Many times throughout the year I have a very high volume of orders that come through. I am the only one who makes / refinishes many of the items in my shop (exceptions are the ready made supply items and vintage pieces). I always ship on time and typically ahead of time. The lead times on my listings are set so that I can always accommodate the orders I have at any given time. If you ever have any questions or concerns about a product or its timing, just contact me through Etsy Conversations. I am very responsive happy to help and often am able to accommodate rush orders when needed.


CUSTOM LISTINGS....I love and welcome them daily. Please know that if you do request a custom listing I would truly appreciate it if you would purchase your listing within one week of the time your listing has been posted. Should you decide against your listing after I have made it for you, please be so kind to let me know so that I may use it for another product listing.

Morrell Décor reserves the right to deactivate, re-use or re-name any custom listing that has not been purchased within two weeks of the posting date. As a seller, I am charged for each listing and I appreciate your understanding on this issue.
