Payment

Payments are accepted via Paypal using your Credit card or Paypal account.

**A Paypal account is not required if you're using a credit card**

PayPal – PayPal customers should choose PayPal as their payment method and proceed normally.

Credit & Debit Card Customers - You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal. To pay with your Credit card please Follow the next steps:
Choose a product.
Confirm Address.
Choose PayPal as your payment method. (You pay with your credit card later in the process!) Click the Button that says Pay with PayPal.
Now, instead of proceeding normally, choose Choose Credit Card Payment.
Fill in your credit card information and pay using your card of choice

PRINTING TURNAROUND TIMES:

Giclee Ink-jet Fine Art prints Up to 48 Hours in lab

DELIVERY COSTS & TIMES ( To be added to Turnaround Times):

EU Recorded Delivery Up to 5 working days (Signed for) $14.00
International Recorded Delivery Up to 10 working days (Signed for) $20.00

PACKAGING:
Small prints are packed flat, and larger prints rolled in a sturdy tube before being entrusted to the Royal Mail Postal Service.

(All customs, duties, and import fees, applied when delivered, are the responsibility of the buyer.
It is up to the buyer to contact their postal system or government to know what duties, import taxes and fees apply to them. You can usually find this information on your countries governmental website).

Refunds and Exchanges

If your package arrives damaged please contact us through ETSY or call us immediately 0034-93-3100070. If you suspect damage to the item(s) inside, Make a claim with the shipper, and contact us as well, we will then determinate the necessary action for replacement.
If for any reason the products you have ordered are not right, or need to be replaced, please contact us with your name, the order ID number from the packing list, and a phone number where you can be reached. We will then look into the matter and arrange with you regarding shipping details.
