I have been searching for a relatively small, yet realistic squirrel crochet pattern for a while - this is it! The seller was proactive in messaging me immediately in regard to a couple of typos that had not been fixed yet in the pdf (which I very much appreciated!). Would definitely purchase from again - thank you! :)

Welcome to Moss Mountain!
Miniatures are a passion of mine. As a child, I enjoyed making accessories and clothing for my dollhouse dolls and Maple Town figures. Creating my own shop to sell my miniatures has always been a dream of mine.
As you can probably see when you take a look around, I also love animals. More specifically, I love woodland animals, mice, and cats. Part of my love of mice came from my grandmother who used to tell me and my cousins stories about a little moues called Harvey. She also ran a gift shop called The Country Mouse.
When I am not crafting, I am usually reading or writing. I'm an established writer with three novels published by Barbour Publications with author Susan Page Davis (susanpagedavis.com.) I have received cash awards for my poetry, written essays and articles for local newspapers, and even dabbled in a little humor writing. I'd like to write some children's storybooks and literary novels eventually, but for the moment, crafting and poetry are my passions.
Thanks for visiting my shop. Take a look around and let me know what you think! And if you have ideas for new products, I'm always interested in developing new ones. :)
Owner, Designer, Curator
Megan Elaine Davis is an independent craft designer and freelance writer. She loves animals, reading, writing, crafting, and travel. She was born and raised in the Maine woods, but now lives in rural western Kentucky.
The name for my shop came from an idea I had when I was a teenager. I used to make little dolls for my siblings out of natural items like twigs, moss, acorns, and leaves, and I called my doll "company" Moss Mountain.
Most of the dolls, plushies, and ornaments I make come from my own imagination. I am a published poet and novelist, so my imagination is key to my happiness. I love felt, and I love small animals. My favorite animals are cats, mice, and owls.
My maternal grandmother used to have a gift shop in the "summer kitchen" of my grandparents' 1800's stone house, and she called it The Country Mouse. I like to think that some of my inspiration might also come from my grandmother's cozy little country shop all those years ago. I think she loved mice as well. :)
