I hope you're enjoying looking around my little shop!

I've tried to outline my policies as clearly as possible, below, but if you have a specific question that you'd like answered, please feel free to convo me.

Returns and exchanges
I strive to represent my products honestly so that you'll know exactly what you're getting. However, if you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

You must contact me through Etsy to authorize a return. Returns must arrive to me in the condition in which you received them. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment (Paypal, money order, etc.). Shipping is non-refundable.
I accept Paypal and money orders.

When paying via PayPal, please double check that your PayPal and Etsy "ship to" addresses match. Otherwise, shipment of your package will be delayed.

If you for some reason are unable to pay by PayPal or money order, please convo me prior to purchasing an item. We may be able to work something out.

I expect payment within a week of purchase. If you are for some reason unable to comply, please convo me.

Please also contact me if you change your mind about a purchase. I won't leave negative feedback under those circumstances, but I would appreciate it if you'd let me know. :o) If I don't hear from a buyer within 2 weeks of purchase, I cancel the transaction and re-list the item.

I am always happy to reserve items, if you are unable to pay immediately. Just convo me about the item(s) you would like to purchase.
I'm happy to combine shipping on purchases you make at this shop and (my other shop). Just don't pay at checkout, let me know that you're making an order at both shops, and I'll send you a modified invoice. :o)

On weekdays, orders usually ship within 24 hours of payment receipt. Weekend purchases may not ship until Monday.

Items are not shipped until payment is verified.

I ship all packages via First-Class Mail (with the USPS). Insurance is not included in the shipping costs. If you would like to request expedited shipping or insurance, please convo me prior to purchasing so that we can work out the details.

Items are packaged in tissue paper and bubble wrap inside bubble wrap-lined envelopes. Multiple buttons/sets are sealed in a tiny plastic bag. Whenever possible, I try to recycle/reuse packing materials.

If you are buying an item as a gift and would like it shipped directly to the recipient, please either convo me or leave me a note at the time of purchase. If you would like the item gift-wrapped, please mention that as well.

International shoppers-- I am happy to ship outside the United States, but you will be responsible for any applicable duties or customs fees.
Additional policies and FAQs
I occasionally accept custom orders-- particularly if you'd like a different color of something in my shop, a remake of an item that's already been sold, or multiples of an item already listed. Please feel free to convo me with your specific request.
