RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - EU CUSTOMERS

CUSTOMIZED GOODS EXCEPTION:
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized. All Most Chill items are custom-made specifically for each customer after the order is placed.

WHAT THIS MEANS:
Each item is printed on-demand with your chosen design, size, and color AFTER you order. These are customized goods, so the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to non-defective items.

YOU CAN STILL CANCEL:
- Within 24 hours of ordering (before production starts) - full refund
- After production starts - cancellation not possible (item already being made for you)

DEFECTIVE ITEMS - FULL PROTECTION:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
- We'll send a free replacement at no cost (no return needed)
- Covered under EU consumer protection laws

IMPORTANT: We must receive defect claims within 7 days to process with our production partner and resolve your issue quickly.

5. You acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once production starts

- This allows us to quickly resolve issues with our production partner
- Include clear photos and your order number
- No return shipping needed - you keep the defective item

TIMING:
- Cancellation window: 24 hours from order

- Production time: 2-5 business days
- Delivery time: 5-14 business days (depending on EU country)

REFUND TIMELINE:
If withdrawal is accepted (within 24 hours before production), refunds processed within 14 days.
